Default Found some more good eats! ^.^

In a hundred years I wouldn't have thought to put this together, but it's a quick & easy sauce that adds some nice lively ZIP to chicken or fish.

3 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1 cup white wine worcestershire sauce
1 cup cream

Combine ingredients, warm over medium heat. Maybe be held on low burner until time to serve.

We ladled this over plain grilled chicken breasts with brown rice alongside . . . delicious!

That sounds really easy - so easy, in fact, it MUST be unhealthy!

If it's unhealthy then it must taste good.

I've used white wine wooster for a long time, but just a dash here, a dash there. When I saw this called for a CUPFUL, I about croaked. Glad I didn't cave though - it's a good sauce! (we were using it more like gravy, but then . . . )
