Default JC's

Used to be the KFC.
Well it serves nuggets, no whole pieces of chicken,
Flavoring sauces are watered down
Nah, I'm gonna pass
Still looks like someone set off a grenade in the kitchen area...
The chicken was tasteless..and a little overdone or left in the oven too long.
Rubbery.
Oh well maybe someone will bring back the Popeyes. Now that there was some goood chicken
I'll even settle for a captain D's...

Popeye's was in a bad location to get in and out of their entrance, Captain D's had the same problem getting to it.
Would have thought KFC was doing enough business to pay franchise fee's unless corporate didn't offer to renew, don't have any idea.

I heard the Popeye's didn't wanting to use the franchise food, they wanted to save some here and there, etc. And that is why they lost the franchise. I don't know how true that is, but, I was shocked when the KFC closed. It wasn't great, but we always need a good chicken place don't we. It's just un-American to not have one.

Agreed. But we need a good chicken place, a good seafood place, AND a good Italian place. Ones who are open at normal hours, and maybe even reasonably priced.

So do we - hated to see them close the Captain D's AND the Popeyes. Is Pasta House still in existence? The only one I knew of was at the lake, and it closed a couple years ago ... is there another around?

Has anyone tried Prime. I hear it's pretty good Italian food. It sit's behind the McDonalds in St. Robert, where the Greek Place used to be. I've not gotten there yet, but have heard it was pretty good.
