I will have to check it out. I sure hope they make something close. If they do, once all the Germans in the community find out they will not be able to bake enough of if.

I visit them this weekend and asked about German bread. They have been already been asked by many other people and are currently trying to perfect the bread. With luck they might start selling it soon. I'll bet you will have to beat all the local Germans to purchase it, but I'm sure any bakery could make a killing selling German bread in this area.

I bought a loaf of their rye bread and it was very good. A little heavy, but very tasty. I tried it with butter and brie cheese--Yum was it good.

Been buying the rye bread every week and the brie cheese as well. I just tried some of their swish cheese and it wasn't to expensive and it was very good. Every time I visit the place they have a lot of business, so I guess this area is responding to what they offer.
