He didn't ride in it, I seen him there, he was hanging around down at the staging area during the drag races, I talked to him for a little while before I had to run, he didn't even bring an ATV. He did have his motorcycle but insurance will not allow people to ride motorcycles or three wheelers on the property. The was one (not Elmer) that was removed from the propery because he was riding around on a dirt bike. All the rodeo's I have been to do not allow even any outside riding even on a 4 wheeler besides going to load up and unloading because of insurance.

Hey sounds like fun idea for big community ride. I didn't hear about the rodeo in Richland till it was to late. Are the rodeo's just basically drag races? Where you from geoman? I have heard there are some national forest trails in Pulaski county you can ride on? Where are they?

There are some trails in the national forrest but they are not legal to ride on. I am from Waynesville.
Rodeos have 5 different events and they vary from rodeo to rodeo, most have a barrel racing event, a pole weave, etc, the list goes on and on. Some rodeos will have a drag race, some won't, the one in St Robert last year didnt have one even though they called it a drag race lol. I have a big 800 cc Vtwin utility and actually it is extremely difficult to beat those little 250 & 300 cc utilities in most of the events. I think they are a lot of fun. Stoutland is having one this Saturday also and Roby has one once a month. Some have a drag race some don't. The drag race at Richland is not part of the rodeo itself but another seperate event after the rodeo is done.

quote from a friendly forestry agent "if my tahoe can navigate the trail, and you have your county permit...you are allowed to ride on it". some of the trails around mayfield cemetery are legal to ride and are a blast, but the best ones are technically off limits. we have always cooperated with the local law enforcement and have had no problems whatsoever.

several people talk about riding down around decker bottom too.
