Default Korean marinade

Since i gave up my rib/pork smoker recipe

I use finely sliced beef, chicken and pork when marinating in this,
for pork I add two dashes Tobasco, 1/2 teaspoon Cheyenne pepper, 1 small seeded and diced jalapeņo.

3/4 cup soy sauce ,I use the low sodium
*(Try a 1/4 cup dark soy and 1/2 cup light soy.)
*original recipe from a friend*
1/2 cup h2o
3 tablespoons finely chopped green onion
2 teaspoons minced garlic ( I get mine out of a jar)
1 teaspoon ginger or 2 teaspoons fresh minced ginger
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon sesame seed oil

I'll marinade with this for a minimum of three hours but usually overnight then grill outside using an old campfire pan oiled with canola...

Side of Schwann's fried rice and I'm back in Waegan Korea.
Be careful following the masses.
