Spicy Italian Chicken Sausage with home made Marinara Sauce over penne, Caesar salad and strawberries and whipped cream for dessert. Coffee also

Let the foster German shepherd lick the marinara out of the bowl... She left with her new family tonight...I will miss that bonehead. Good girl.

Okay - "Ham, beans, cornbread and apple pie with a scoop of ice cream" - those are compatible (that means they go well together ).
But "spicy, chicken, Italian and sausage" - there's just something wrong there .... I think it might be the dead bird ....
Then, of course, I DID just finish a bowl of Pumpkin Spice ice cream ....

There's turkey, there's chicken... But when you make sausage out of them...
It ain't good. I'll agree to that..but it's what I have to work with.

Aidells makes a decent Italian chicken sausage as well as a decent Chicken meatball..I can only find it in the commissary. I would rather have a Johnsonville hot Italian sausage made with pork... But it's what I have to work with.. Drown it in enough good marinara, it's sustaining.

Wow, well really wow.. It's a spice mix used by pepperjax grill in Columbia.. Best chicken cheese steak I've ever had. Complimented the manager as she asked if everything was OK. What is the seasoning the chef used? Having watched them prepare the sub. It really complimented the chicken breast, green pepper and onions. All if it chopped and covered with American cheese and scooped in a soft sub roll.
It's our own mix,
is it for sale?
not anymore, But I have two small sales jars left.
Got one as someone had sold the other...
I had my first homemade trial tonight....
Simply delicious.
They need to go commercial with that wow spice...
I'd buy a gallon jug...
