That's right we do! What don't you like to share the limelight? You go down to the Mayor's office and get them straight on everything else wrong in the city while your at it brother and RR and I will take the credit!

Here's a Liability Issue for ya's...

Whose bright Idea was it to allow..
Persons drinking alcohol and driving
Persons drinking alcohol and walking
High school students
Basic and AIT Trainees
To all be on dark unlighted narrow and curved streets at night on roadways with no sidewalks.

?

The Answer would be Waynesville City Council

Think about it, the new theatre is allowing alcohol and the only two roads in and out are unlit narrow roadways with no sidewalks and blind curves and hills.....

The first kid killed family's is gonna sue the heck outa everyone involved....
DOH
*The new bridges will expedite the escaping hit and run drunk driver though....

I didn't know the new theatre complex was going to allow alcohol. I have never seen that at any theatre. What is causing that call? I wonder.

What you wrote makes sense though.

Bestest answer by a city employee.... Someone called dig rite. The culvert on the school side of the bridge..... There's a phone line that runs the length from the school driveway all the way across the creek oops. Tonight They are putting in a manhole on the hill side right next to both fiber optic and phone cables.... Asked what the reasoning for the zig zag culvert system, east side has no openings the west side culvert picks up hull valleys, and the west side water then crosses under the road and will connect to a manhole which will then empty where I asked because the only trench has fiber optic and telephone running down it... Are they gonna lay culvert OVER phone lines?

The gentleman looked at me, lifted his cap and scratched his head

"Well somebody engineered it that way by gum...can't tell ya why though"

Hey... The water department has my vote for most honest city utility.

The Resident mentioned that they had a public forum about it.....
She never knew about it and she said she thought everyone else on her street didnt know either...
I've been looking through the city calendar.....
Didnt see mention of one yet....

For the low water though....
There was a resident placing notices in the mailboxes along hull valley drive cause a note in the on line city calendar really doesn't do it...

"A resident placing notices in mailboxes" .... I wonder if said resident is aware that doing that is a violation of federal law?
