Default 911 & PC ambulance

Whew, finally have the site up and Ive got the time to thank two Pulaski County services who came through for me. Two weeks ago while weedeating and gardening I took a massive jolt of electricity. I absolutely thought Id been struck by lightning, looking up at a cloudless sky I realized that my defibrillator after 14 years had fired?! Walked into the house. Thought about driving myself to GLWACH. NOT AN OPTION! Picked up the phone to have a family friend take care of the dog and lock up. Then I called 911. Great operator. Asked the right questions, and within minutes my chariot arrived, she stayed on line with me. Very reassuring. The crew started monitoring my heart with a twelve lead and started an IV. Bundled me in and drove me to GLWACH. Well dont weed eat! Discharged with a promise to consult my cardiologist. Not three days later Im relaxing watching tv at home. The dog is laying her head against my thigh. Boom! The dog runs to the kitchen and does the shepherd head tilt, WTH was that? Called the friend, called 911, again very reassuring, PC Ambulance delivers me to GLWACH, NUTTIN again shows up for a heart attack, might be a defibrillator malfunction? Off to University of Missouri med center in Columbia. Ventricle arythmia caused by aging. Reset the pacer to catch it before it causes a shock, changed out two meds which were no longer effective. Im good for another 14 years.
