There is a long list of people Sessions needs to prosecute but I doubt he will.

Was just looking on line at the Daily Mail web site and they have a story that Bill Clinton was the one who spread the story about Hillary's email server to a New York newspaper.
He didn't want her to win the presidential election, he wanted Trump to win.
