Default It's paying off

I've been exercizing (Kind of irregularly) for the last 6-8 weeks, and jogging (even less regularly) and eating right. I've only had 5 or 6 sodas in the last 3 months. In that time, I've added an inch to my biceps, chest and shoulders, a half inch to my forearms, and lost a half inch around my belly. It's not really been difficult to do, athough I really should spend more time on the weight pile and jogging. These new figures are a little more motivation for me to keep it up and do more.

Concentrate some of your effort on exercises that strengthen your back - there's no reason for you to be having the kind of back trouble you've had, and exercising right can take that out of the danger category for you.

Crunches hurt. If I tried them it'd probably take me down. I do my back stretches, and with the exercizes I'm already doing (none of which are focused on my back) I'm feeling much better that I was two years ago. (Back surgery was being discussed)
I used to see a chiropractor at least twice a month. Found a guy in Rolla who addresses the reason my back was going out. A few simple stretches once in a while keeps me out of the doctor's office. I've seen the guy in Rolla twice in the last two years. That's it. No chiropractors, no pain meds, and sleeping better. He said, "If you have to keep coming back, I'm not doing my job." How many people in the medical field have you ever heard say that?

Had a chiropractor over here tell me that - but several years ago, I had a chiropractor in Salem almost cripple me, though, and DID put Cashbox into surgery. Darn few of them that I'll trust after that.
