Chicago ghetto rats would love to have one that would spray.

F-15 to go back in production?
Here's What We Know About the F-15X Super Eagle - Popular Mechanics
It’s a F-15 modified as an “Armada” plane carrying up to 20 air to air missiles. It flies behind the “stealth” F22 and F35 fighters which each carry only two missiles internally. Once enemy fighters go to engage the F-15’s the F15s launch long range missiles which are guided by the stealth fighters.. blindsiding the enemy. Somebody actually thought this one out!

The Chinese probably have the blueprints to these planes, they have stolen everything else.

My favorite DOD boondoggle Just incurred another milestone:
Navy reports that an F-35 while refueling from a “buddy stores” equipped F-18 super hornet stuffed a “incident” in midair while attempting to refuel. Reading the report I’m thinking. WTH? Basically the F35 botched the approach. He hit the drogue so hard it disintegrated and the F35 engine swallowed pieces of it. I’ve refueled navy planes. It requires a special adaption to the hose end fitting a standard drogue allowing navy planes refueler probes to take on gas. Takes three people to attach the nylon, steel cable and metal fittings to attach. Pilot error of course, but the basics of throttle and air brakes should have allowed a breakaway, or is it basic design of the airframe that prevents precise low speed maneuvering? That POS plane is already bought at a high overhead cost budget and it can’t be refueled? Without refueling its as much use as a WW2 propeller plane!

Boeing/Saab awarded contract to replace venerable usaf T-38 jet trainers. The Talon had a good run. The new T-X looks like a shrunken F-18(?) {mini hornet}

Army to fire 11% of current manning!?!
If you can’t deploy to combat, the Army will walk you to the front gate, pink slip in hand!
Wow! Guess Mattis Is Serious!
