PRESS RELEASE
09/08/17

Kevin Hillman, Pulaski County Prosecuting Attorney announces that the following individuals were charged with crimes in the past week by the Pulaski County Prosecutor’s Office:



1. Marc Flowers, DOB: 12/1985, (St. Robert), Class E Felony of domestic assault in the fourth degree, PCSD, DOI: 08/07/2017
2. William Crawford 2nd, DOB: 02/1979, (St. Robert), Class A Misdemeanor failure to comply with ignition interlock device requirements, WPD, DOI: 08/03/2017
3. Richard Harper, DOB: 03/1972, (St. Robert), Class C Felony of delivery of a controlled substance, PCSD, DOI: 08/09/2017
4. Michael Miller, DOB: 08/1976, (Hannibal), Class B Felony of financial exploitation of the elderly, PCSD, DOI: 02/28/2016
5. Basil Failor Jr., DOB: 07/1978, (Hannibal), Class B Felony of financial exploitation of the elderly, PCSD, DOI: 02/28/2016
6. Basil Failor Sr., DOB: 12/1952, (Hannibal), Class B Felony of financial exploitation of the elderly, PCSD, DOI: 02/28/2016
7. Matthew Melching, DOB: 10/1981, (Dixon), Class E Felony of domestic assault in the third degree, PCSD, DOI: 08/06/2017
8. Curion Turner, DOB: 08/1998, (Waynesville), Class D Felony of domestic assault in the second degree, PCSD, DOI: 08/10/2017
9. Aaron Bahr, DOB: 07/1997, (Dixon), Class D Felony of burglary in the second degree & Class D Felony of stealing, PCSD, DOI: 08/07/2017
10. Hannah Roberson, DOB: 02/1994, (St. Robert), Class B Felony of domestic assault in the first degree, PCSD, DOI: 08/14/2017
11. Robin Leyva-Okazaki, DOB: 12/1990, (St. Robert), Class D Felony of possession of a controlled substance, Class D Felony of possession of a controlled substance, & Class E Felony of domestic assault in the third degree, PCSD, DOI: 08/14/2017

16. Jacob Mason, DOB: 12/1984, (Dixon), Class D Felony of burglary in the second degree, PCSD, DOI: 08/08/2017

23. Timothy Colwell, DOB: 04/1989, (Crocker) Class D Felony of assault in the third degree, PCSD, DOI: 07/17/2017
24. Walter Hashagen, DOB: 12/1940, (Springfield), Class C Felony of financial exploitation of an elderly person, PCSD, DOI:05/01/2016
25. Christy Mitchell, DOB: 03/1971, (Dixon), Class A Misdemeanor of counterfeiting, PCSD, DOI: 08/12/2017
26. Marian Fiatte, DOB: 04/1973, (Crocker), Class B Felony of assault in the first degree, PCSD, DOI:06/20/2017


The Prosecutor’s Office reminds everyone that these charges are merely an accusation and these individuals remain innocent until proven guilty.

Charges like number's 4, 5, 6, and 24, if proven should be slammed hard. Exploitation of the elderly is something that just rubs me the wrong way. It's up there with the many charges for molestation of our youth. Both sicken me and if proven the people that do these vile things should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law, period.

I agree - and these leeches come all the way from Hannibal and Springfield to prey on old people? WOW .....

Oh yeah, that is most likely right on the mark. Many that get taken by these types feel so bad they keep it quite and that allows these pigs to keep doing the same to others. They are the lowest of the low IMHO and I hope they get the book thrown at them.
