Default killing Patton

By Bill O'Reilly, pretty good read historically, only a few chapters in but he did get one thing right. Everyone remembers Patton striking a PTSD soldier and being reprimanded for it..
O'Reilly got the true story.. There were two separate incidents at field hospitals where he threatened to have "cowards" shot and nowhere else did they find the memorandum to field commanders to not send the "cowards" to hospitals rather send them back to the front or shoot them outright. So now I'm reviewing history with O'Reilly and he's weaving a pretty good trail on who wants Patton dead, Churchill, Stalin and the American OSS..(who coincidently leaked the slapping incident to the press (?) ) Adolph Hitler fears him as his one true opponent and sends for skorzensky the german commando chief...
This is gonna be a good read
Didn't know. Polish marked spitfire fighter tried three times to shoot down a small laison plane carrying Patton. The third time the spitfire overshot and crashed into the ground.
The polish squadron was stationed too far away to have made it one way. Never mind a round trip..
No polish spitfires were reported missing for that whole month.

Th British had lent spitfires to Russia for lend lease and they were well within range of the area..

I need to get it to add to our collection of Bill's Kill books.

Got the book and dang, it was good. I learned a couple of things I didn't know already, which is always good. I try to always learn new things. I love books on history. I bought the wife the other O'Reilly Killing books for Christmas, so I guess I need to read them as well. She told me they were all very good and contained a lot of great information.
