Default What happened to service?

Well I got busy today, I have a new GSD, another pound rescue, scarily underweight but I think maybe under all the problems Seamus is a good dog. A puppy he's smart and scared..
Anyway I'm rushing around and my stomach growls actually it roared and I realized I had nor eaten since last night... Pulled into Hardee's and stood in line, the counter girl was busy and fumbled the cash register at which point the customer added even more... And the manager looked over her should at me... Only one cashier.... Did she try to take my order? Nope... At this point the girl fumbles again and starts pushing buttons with a vengeance, the manager and another employee were blissfully ignorant.... So I left...
More growls, I'm heading home and stop in Buffalo Wild Wings... I just want some chicken, I can't get a Hardee's turkey burger or chicken strips so What the heck, stand at the wait to be seated table and watch a manager working receipts, she never looked up, two waitresses pass nuttin, as I'm walking to the door I hear, I'll be with you in a minute...
I doubt that sister....
Shredded chicken tacos...at Taco Bell, the drive up window, fast efficient and while it's kinda bland you can apply MRE RULE 1 (if ya put enough Tabasco on it you can manage to get anything down.)
Wonder if it's because they can't get good help or they got the job the heck with working hard to please Joe customer...

Hey.... If there were customers lined up way in front of me I could see it..... But a manager whose content to supervise yakkin away and a manager who considers it too much to say wait just a second... Ehhh even as an MP I always practiced great customer service...only takes a second to ask,

"are the cuffs too tight?"

Happens sometimes, they get into their own little world and forget about why they are there. To service the customer purchasing the product they are selling. You also see that sometimes at some stores in this area and others of course. It happens sometimes and you just have to learn to deal with you old grouch.
