Default J and K Restaurant

Wife and I went for the first time last Sunday morning based upon recommendation from friends we ran into at Denny's last week. We were very impressed with the breakfast. Sausage gravy was very good and home-made not out of a packet or can, they also have SOS, which I will try the next time I have breakfast there. Wife had a chicken fried steak and said it was very yummy! I asked about their hours and they are Mon - Fri, 0700 - 1600, sorry 7 am to 4 pm; Sat 6 am to 4 pm; and Sun 7 am to 4 pm.

They are located in Waynesville beside Anytime Fitness on the corner if anyone doesn't know where they are at.

Wasn't that the "Tiger's Den" or something like that?

Believe your right about the Tiger's Den RR. I'm not real sure how long J and K has been open, but I recommend it for its breakfast alone. I will most likely check out other dishes in the very near future.

I was talking about the 60's and 70's, the Tiger Den came much later.

Only a couple of months, the other place after the tigers den was a fitness place, then a morning restaurant, the coffee cup, now J&K...turnover is fast on that corner..

Nice that you can go next door to Any Time Fitness and work off that gravy.
