You ain't handing out no money and when the strikers are fired they're gonna be broke and unable to draw unemployment...

These strikers must be the very epitome of a low information voter..

Here's some very interesting figures in regards to minimum wage increases..
http://www.breitbart.com/big-governm...en-in-poverty/
They actually make life harder on women and maximize poverty for kids...
The businesses lose customers causing work hour shortages...
Interesting study it was done by CNN to support the increase but when referenced against welfare and business records it showed the exact opposite was occurring in Oakland California..

They have had the same kinds of results in Seattle WA after they passed the $15.00 per hour minimum wage. Businesses are going out of business or cutting staff, because they can't make any profit. It just proves that Liberal Logic isn't always as great as they lead everybody to believe.

And don't forget - even the ones who survive MUST raise prices, and folks going from $7 or $8 an hour to $15 aren't gonna get by without paying significantly more taxes. There goes the advantages of the increased income.

We have computers that can plot trajectories of spacecraft into and around Mars orbits, trillions of miles and able to fire rockets precisely to enter into a planned orbit..

And we can't figure out raising the minimum wages will actually hurt workers.?

Or we don't want to know, it's just the "right thing to do?" Put out by SEIU rather than a real economics professor who knows what their doing?

Gosh darn it people we are not stupid...why does this right thing to do stuff keep being done if it's not the right thing!?

Grrr

People who "know what they're doing", while there are as many of them as there ever were, IMHO, aren't exactly the most popular personality profile in the current political climate.

Admit it folks, its just another democratic ploy to get votes. They make sure people know they are for the common man on "Main Stree." We hear that a lot don't we? But really they could give a poop what the final outcome is for the business or the common man after they have pushed to get it approved. And they continue to win across the board. Is it because people are stupid or what?

Minimum wage: silly politicians, if you raise the minimum wage it will take people off benefits. How nice but THAT IS THE PROBLEM! People are working less now in Seattle so they don't lose public benefits, the Restaurants are still tacking on a surcharge and the middle class consumer is taking the hit for politicians stupid decisions. It's the nature of the beast idiots, nobody gives up free anything if they have to work for it.

It just doesn't stop! These idiot democrats think they know best, but they prove they know nothing about human behavior.
